Month-of Coordination

Our Month-of Coordination package is targeted towards couples that have already done all of their planning and designing. Together we work to solidify all of the details of your wedding. We are there the Day-Of to put it all together and run the show. Communication starts six weeks in advance from wedding date.

Partial Planning

Our Partial Planning package is meant for the couples that already have most if not all things figured out. One or both has a eye for details and deep down is a planner. Self-motivated and organized – they just need help making sure nothing is forgotten. We’ll offer support and guidance whenever you need it – in the beginning, a few months before the wedding or anytime in between.

Full Planning

Our Full Planning Package is aimed for the couples that although they may know what they want when they see it, they have limited time to devote to everything that comes with planning this event.  The thought of organizing wedding day logistics makes you uneasy. You want to collaborate on details that sound fun and delegate those that don’t. We’ll partner with you from the beginning to keep everything on track.

AISLE PLANNER ONLINE PLANNING TOOLS

There are a multitude of online planning tools out there – but why not use those created for and maintained by a professional event planner? Each client is different and we are able to customize our planning tools to fit your unique needs and timeline. This means that you’ll stay on top of your to-do list – but also keep communication key, to ensure the utmost organization.

 

CUSTOMIZED CHECKLISTS

Our checklists are cultivated from years of experience and are completely customizable to you and your unique needs. You can assign each item to member of your planning team and comment with updates or questions, to keep communication connected.

 

CALENDAR

Each Calendar is customized to fit your event timeline. Payment Reminders are automatically added with each vendor and Appointments are easily added to keep track of your event schedule on all fronts. Checklist tasks can also be added to your calendar for specific dates – and reminders will be sent to all on your planning team.

DESIGN STUDIO

Our Design Studio provides an easy way to share inspiration, sketches, floor plans and favorite images with all of your planning team members. Palettes can be created for the overall event, but also individually for bridesmaids, centerpieces and more!

 

GUEST LIST MANAGEMENT

Our online Guest List tool allows you to keep track of each invitation, all guests included, children, anonymous guests, RSVPs, meal choices, food allergies, gifts, thank you notes – practically anything you can think of to ensure you are providing the absolute best experience for your guests. This tool fully integrates with our Seating tool.

SEATING MANAGEMENT

Creating the perfect seating assignments just got easier. Our Seating tool allows you to quickly group guests who have RSVP’d at each table and make sure no guests are left unconsidered.  Using the groups feature, you can highlight relationships and relatives, assuring a fabulous ambiance at every table.

 

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Keeping track of your booked and pending vendors couldn’t be easier with our Vendor tool. Easily upload related files, contact information and enter in invoices and payment breakdowns that will automatically add to your budget and calendar for easy reminders.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

A fully-integrated budgeting tool makes sure you don’t let a single payment slip through the tracks or put you over budget. Easily setup your goals at the beginning of the planning process and track the adjustments as you design, book and purchase your event services and accessories.
